Is your shop open?
Yes, my shop is open in the market town of Warminster. You can find me at Yarn for the Soul, 6 East Street, Warminster Wiltshire. BA12 9BN. There are free car parks near to Iceland and Argos and Waitrose has a car park which is free if you do a spot of shopping in there too. These three car parks are near to the train station which is around 5 minutes walk from the shop.
Yarn comes in a skein, but I need it in a ball/cake. Can you help?
Yes, of course! Just leave me a message when you check out and I will cake your yarn free of charge.
Can you dye some yarn especially for me?
Yes! It is always a pleasure to do custom dyes. However, please do not ask me to ‘copy’ someone else’s work. I will not do that. Currently there is a 10 day turnaround for my Custom Dye list – this can change though depending on whether I have the base you require in stock.
Can I buy your yarn anywhere else?
You can purchase Yarn for the Soul yarn on my website and via my Facebook page.
When do you post?
I post Wednesdays and Fridays. However, if your order requires next day delivery I will of course ensure it gets to the Post office on the right day to ensure it arrives on time for you. Yarn clubs and one off Boxes are usually a 3-4 week turnaround, but I do pop notifications up on my Facebook and Instagram pages to let you know when they are posted.
Can I collect my yarn from you?

What is Your Returns Policy?
I have a 14 day returns policy. This does exclude custom orders, yarn clubs or one off boxes. For more details please look at the Refunds and Returns page
